    I know Red light therapy WORKS TO HELP HEAL. All the research I have read tells me me so! I have arthritis in my knee and a torn acl. I have tried many red light hand held devices and wearable knee helmets 😆. This device is by far the best because it covers the knee area perfectly , don't have to hold it, it is very light weight, easy to put on, comfortable and holds a charge! All those things makes it a win win and easy to use . And it fits real thighs 27" above the knee , I think it would fit anyone . It has a Velcro strap attaches well and has a strong hold!

    I haven't had movement in my right knee in a looooooong time. I went to the gym to strengthen my body, particularly my knees, but instead of seeing results, I ended myself fighting inflammation, arthritis, and painful grinding symptoms in my knee. Today, I was able to run easily and only stop when I was truly exhausted rather than because my knees were giving out. I have no idea how this red light therapy actually functions, but IT TRULY DOES!! This product has unquestionably improved my life.
