    My first thought when I opened the package was "wow, that's cute". This particular belt is slightly smaller than the typical, but it is still a pretty decent size. It completely covers my abdomen and I'm a size large. The best part about this particular device is that it comes with a normal charger AND a USB charger. I can use this in the car or while at work on my computer. I am actually using it right now as I eat my fast food tacos. It doesn't heat up quite as much as a regular sized belt, but it's pretty close.

    This came packaged in a really nice box, all of the cables separated and in individual boxes, inside the main box. (Would make a nice gift). I pulled it out, read the very basic instructions and guessed at which option to use (red light vs near infrared). While the cords are super long, it was good enough for me to use at my desk. I attached the Velcro strap to the light pad and crossed it over my left shoulder and under right arm. I hold stress in my left shoulder and neck and it was bothering me today, so why not give this a shot. While my pain isn’t completely gone (that would require a miracle), it does seems to be less. This doesn’t heat up too much, but there is some warmth. It recommends no more than 30 mins per session, so that’s what I did. I set the timer on the attached remote and let it work while I worked. There is also the option to use a battery pack (like a mobile phone charger pack), and there’s a special cord to use and a pocket in the light pad to hold it. It does have a strange smell, but hoping that’s just from packaging and will dissipate over time.
