I am including two pictures of me taken 30 days apart to show the effectiveness of using this instrument for infrared light therapy on your skin daily. I have no filter in this picture ( I just don't want to show my full face for privacy.) Just 15-20 minutes a day at about 8-12" away and my face is brighter and the elasticity, (I am over 50,) is much firmer! This has also proven to be VERY effective on my bad shoulder (I'm having surgery on it later this year.) I put it on my shoulder for another 20 minutes and it has greatly reduced the pain. My husband has started using this on his old hockey hip injury and he is sold, as well! Excellent customer service as well! You could pay tons more for a full-size body one which, if funds were not an issue I would definitely recommend, but this little one is mighty and it does the trick!! You could Google all of the benefits of using red light therapy and you'll be sold, and this company with it's excellent customer service and quick delivery, is the way to go!! I'd rate it 10 stars if I could!

It takes 3-5 minutes to warm up and then it’s intense. With my other panels, I use them every day. This one I only have to use two or three times a week. The acute inflammatory relief is very noticeable, more so than with the other panels I’ve bought. Oh, and there’s no timer or on/off switch-it’s plug only. Not a big deal for the value of the panel. Highly recommend.

This is a great mobile red light therapy device. Charge lasts easily for almost a week. I found that the ON button could be easily activated, so perhaps redesigning it would make sense. Currently, it is just flash, but would be better off with a more distinctive button. Otherwise, great device! Hooga delivered, yet again!
